Evolution of Recrystallization Texture in Non-Oriented Electrical Steel Containing Copper

摘要
The evolution of recrystallization texture in the non-orientation electrical steel containing copper during annealing at 950 degrees C for 3 similar to 180s are studied by using EBSD (Electron Backscatter Diffraction) measurements. Goss grains({011}< 100 >) are nucleated within shear bands in deformed {111}< 112 > and{111}< 110 > grains. {111}< 112 > grains nucleate in deformed {111}< 110 > grains and new {111}< 110 > grains nucleate in deformed {111}< 112 > grains. {111}< 112 > grains have an evident advantage both in number and growth rate over alpha grains, thus the controlling of annealing time can contribute to the increase of {011}< 100 > texture.
