Research on Product Development Knowledge Collaboration Agility Based on Customization Supply Chain

摘要
The paper started from analyzing the cause and mechanism of product collaborative development, took knowledge collaboration as the research object, and discussed the system of product development knowledge collaboration in customization supply chain, we re-recognized it from agility angle. The research defined main variables that impact Q-the level of agility in product development knowledge collaboration through interview and literature searches: C-the knowledge-sharing level of product development, S-the environment of product development, F-the rapid response level of product development. The research took An Hui Jianghuai Automobile Co. Ltd. as the main research subject, through the questionnaire survey and structural equation model to verify the conceptual model and the correlated hypothesis. The results show that there is significant positive effect of C, S, F to Q, while there is also significant positive effect of S to C and F.
