摘要
Energy consumption of office buildings occupies quite a great proportion of total building energy consumption. The present work investigates the thermal and energy performance of office buildings and identifies major energy saving strategies in different climate zones in China with EnergyPlus. The results are analyzed in heating loads, cooling loads and load components. The primary factors on building energy consumption and major energy saving strategies are obtained with sensitivity analysis. It shows that improvement of the thermal insulation of envelope and infiltration, and passive solar design could have large energy saving potential in Harbin and Beijing. Ventilation and sunshade should be taken into consideration in Wuhan, Guangzhou and Kunming. The results indicate a great significance for energy efficiency of office buildings. (c) 2017 The Authors.
