摘要：
This paper compares legislative difference of EPR on WEEE in eight developed countries and districts. We study the ways of implementing EPR on WEEE through analyzing compliance mechanisms and returned logistics network. Combing with their results and taking national actual conditions into account, certain recommendations for implementing EPR in China are given, from the perspective of local authorities and producers.
