摘要：
Fiscal policy stabilization is a necessary condition, but not sufficient for a sustainable economic growth. Technological innovation is an important factor in the competitiveness of a society and the main driver for increasing productivity and living standards. This paper aims at supporting econometrically the hypothesis according to which a higher fiscality can lead to a decline of the research and development activity.
