Epitaxial growth and magnetic anisotropies of binary and ternary metallic strained superlattices

摘要
We studied MBE-growth behavior and the magnetic anisotropy of binary and ternary metallic strained superlattices constituted by combinations of Co, Au. Ag and Cu, using RHEED. We found that the interface structure and the magnetic anisotropy are strongly correlated in the strained superlattice systems of Au,Co/Ag and Ag, Co/Au, and of Au Co Cu and Cu Co Au.
