Risk Management In The Knowledge-Based Society

The topic of "risks" is a constant in the turmoil of the new economy associated to the knowledge-based society. The need of analysis and evaluation of these risks becomes a key process concerning any business, which any manager must realize and to which he must find optimal solutions so that the organization at matter remains competitive in the conditions of an ever more dynamic and unstable market. The proposed research deals with the particular organizational environment risks in the context of current developments, the conceptual framework of the risk management, the different approaches about risk management provided by the literature and it proposes a model of investment risk analysis. The aim of the research was the evolution of the current economic crisis which requires at any organization from the risks point of view a special attention both on microeconomic and macroeconomic level, a remodeling of risk process management in order to provide crisis solutions to any manager.
