摘要
Dust is one of the main by-products in copper smelting process. It not only contains valuable elements Cu, Pb, zinc, Sn, Se and Te, also contains As, Sb and other hazardous elements. Pretreatment of acidic oxidation leaching and precipitation was explored to recovery In, Se and Te in dust. The optimum leaching parameters was determined by thermodynamic calculation and single factor experiments. The results showed that at 80 degrees C, 105 min leaching time, 10: 1(ml/g) liquid to solid ratio, 1.75ml/g H2O2 dosage and 705r/min agitation speed, the leaching rate of arsenic was 78.25%. Under the conditions of 1.2 Fe/As mole ratio and end precipitation pH 5.0, arsenic precipitation rate reaches 98.52%. The arsenic removal pretreatment was achieved in comprehensive utilization.
