Experimental DC/DC Converter for Photovoltaic Panel with Fully Digital Control Based on Flyback Topology with Nontraditional Snubber Circuit

摘要
This paper deals with the design, simulation and construction of a switching mode power supply. The power supply is especially intended for one photovoltaic panel with 24 V output voltage and 250 W peak power. The supply is based on a flyback topology with nontraditional passive non-dissipative snubber circuit. The entire converter was simulated in the MATLAB Simulink. The converter is fully digital controlled by a STM32F334 microcontroller with a cascade control loop. The selected topology, fundamental simulation of the converter, snubber circuit and strategy of control and constructed converter are included in this paper. The converter can be used with another same converter for creating a small off grid photovoltaic system.
