摘要：
Fur die Therapie der pulmonalen Hypertonie (PH) steht mit den loslichen Guanylatcyclase-Stimulatoren eine neue Gruppe von Substanzen zur Verfugung. Riociguat hat sich bereits in klinischen Studien als wirksam zur Therapie der chronischen thromboembolischen pulmonalen Hypertonie (CTEPH) und der pulmonal arteriellen Hypertonie (PAH) gezeigt. Nun fuhrten Ghofrani et al. zwei randomisierte, doppelblinde, Placebo-kontrollierte Phase-III-Studien durch.
