摘要
A Wireless Sensor Network is the collection of nodes working in different condition for the fulfillment of one common task. They are mostly used in areas where human intervention is difficult or impossible. The most commonly used situations where wireless sensor network is widely used are battlefields, traffic surveillance, disasters, environmental monitoring and industrial applications. While deploying Wireless sensor network in the field the designer has to consider various aspects and issues which a network has to face. Various constraints of energy, speed and security are already there in these networks, the situation becomes more critical with the hostile environment that a sensor network has to cope with. In such situations the reliability on data received by these network becomes difficult as chances of error increase and incorrect data is waste data which means the wastage of most limited resource of network i.e. energy. So in this paper the performance of the system is being analyzed by deploying the sensor at different values of distance and further the performance is analyzed with different size of packets keeping the overall amount of data equal in all cases.
