摘要
In order to create prerequisites for a healthy lifestyle and the prevention of various diseases of the activity of marine specialists on the voyage, the issue of personification of their engine becomes more and more urgent. The article is devoted to the process of developing an index of optimal physical activity, which is distinguished by: personification, dynamism of change over time, normalization (from 0 to 100) and we have four zones for assessing human physical activity. The development of an index of optimal physical activity is the development of a technique for controlling motor activity. The index is calculated based on the heart rate (pulse). The use of intelligent technologies will make it possible to collect and process information about the heart rate, and thereby control the motor activity of marine specialists during the voyage. The proposed index can be used to determine the optimal mode of motor activity and to develop individual training programs for marine specialists during the voyage. The application of the index in practice will make it possible to make the physical load of ship crews optimal, which will potentially reduce the negative effects caused by the specifics of the professional activities of marine specialists.
