摘要
The physical activities of human eye constitutes of three repetitive activities, viz saccade, fix and blink. Blink being an involuntary action, the saccades and fix correspond to different cognitive actions of human being. Often this actions are guided with active correlation of actions of neurological activities of the brain. A saccade is defined by the movement of the eyeball from one viewpoint to another. A saccade action can be captured through the EOG signal which is characterized by sudden deflection of the voltage fluctuation in the EOG. Study and analysis of saccadic movement and its pattern has many applications which can lead to understanding of cognitive capabilities of human beings.
