摘要
Operational Transconductance Amplifiers(OTA) are generally voltage to current converters and hence named as Voltage controlled current source(VCCS). OTAs exhibits the same characteristics as that of an ideal transistor. The design methodology of a low power two stage CMOS based Operational Transconductance Amplifier is discussed and the outputs are analyzed in this paper. It was analyzed and verified that this results in a good power performance by employing the compensation network of Reverse Nested Miller Compensation along with single miller capacitor and nulling resistor. The design and the simulations were implemented and the results were verified using Pspice.
