摘要
Requirements elicitation is concerned with the extraction of users' requirements, which involves cognitive, social, communication, and technical issues. To capture the desired requirements, the availability of appropriate techniques for a particular elicitation session is highly important. In the literature, there are many elicitation techniques proposed that can be used by analysts. However, there is a lack of a suitable framework that enables analysts to select appropriate techniques that can be used for a given situation. This paper presents a framework, which will assist analysts in the selection process of elicitation techniques that best fit the goal of elicitation session, the project environment and the problem domain.
