STRATIFICATION OF INTERNATIONALISATION AGENTS AT HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS

Internationalisation became the mainstream of strategic development of modern higher education institutions. The most successful internationalisation approaches are associated with decentralisation, integration of all units of HEls into internationalisation process. therefore wide participation and commitment of academic community members is noticed. The paper presents theoretical framework for empirical research on identification of key agents of internationalisation at higher education institutions. selected results of empirical research as a sample, and recommendations for institutional internationalisation management practice.
