摘要
In this paper, a direct torque control (DTC) is proposed and implemented for five-phase fault-tolerant flux-switching permanent-magnet (FT-FSPM) motor drives. Firstly, the new motor topology is briefly presented, which adapts the concept of fault-tolerant teeth to provide the desired decoupling among phases. Secondly, the definition of d- and q-axes for the FT-FSPM motor is highlighted, which is crucial to the mathematic model and control strategy. Then, the DTC based space vector modulation has been applied, and its operation principles are given. Finally, simulated and measured results are given, verifying effectiveness of the proposed DTC strategy.
