摘要
Academia Sinica Grid Computing Center (ASGC) is one of leading high performance computing and communication centers in Taiwan, which provides advanced services for Grid Computing from 2002, to support research by e-Science, on data intensive sciences and applications requiring cross-disciplinary large-scale distributed collaboration. Start from 2005, Asia Pacific Regional Operation Center is operated by ASGC and supporting 21 sites in 8 countries. More Asia countries are joining global e-Science community with vigorous potential. ASGC is working on the wider user community and evolving toward sustainable e-Infrastructure together with Asia partners, as the e-Science gateway between Asia and the world.
