摘要
Three-phase four-wire four-leg rectifier are used in Uninterruptible Power Supply, battery energy storage systems, interface between an AC gird and DC grid etc. A novel zero-voltage-switching (ZVS) three-phase four-wire four-Leg rectifier is proposed in this paper. With the installation of an auxiliary resonant circuit and proposed PWM modulation scheme, all the switches in the three main legs, the balancing leg and the auxiliary circuit can realize ZVS operation. The ZVS-SPWM scheme for the rectifier is introduced and the ZVS condition for the rectifier is derived. Then the design of resonant parameters is discussed. Finally, the proposed circuit with ZVS-SPWM method is verified by the experiment.
