摘要：
We report on optical and magneto-optical polar Kerr effect studies of an itinerant electron ferromagnet UFe2. The origin of the magneto-optical spectra is discussed based on the electronic band structure of this compound. A magnetic oxide layer with in-plane magnetization was detected on the surface of the UFe2 sample. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
