Research on Reheating Furnace Temperature Controller Parameters Tuning Based on MEA

摘要
Aiming at the characteristics of industrial heating furnace that large inertia, pure time-delay, parameters nonlinear and traditional PID controller is not easy to adjust the parameters; this paper proposes a method of reheating furnace temperature PID controller parameters self-setting based on MEA and Fuzzy Neural Network. The result of MATLAB simulation shows that PID controller based on MEA can get a better performance.
