摘要
In china, most of the newly recruited teachers' poorer teaching ability and little teaching experience produce unsatisfied teaching effect in science and engineering universities. The new teachers have little incentive to promote the development of teaching along with backward teaching philosophy, poor organizing abilties of classrom teaching as well as simple teaching methods, since that they lack systematic teaching theories, teaching practices and engineering practices, and their job promotion usually attaches more importance to research than to teaching, Now, there are some effective measures that can stimulate the development of newly recrutied teachers' teaching ability: arranging pre-job training, establishing new-teacher archives, setting up the Reserch Funds for the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning and adopting one-to-one individualized training mode.
