摘要
The importance of Knowledge Management (KM) is increasingly recognized in education since it deals with information and knowledge resources. The education organizations challenge is to develop the best strategy for manage knowledge resources and provide appropriate access to these resources for all employees. The paper discussed the various knowledge transfer activities possible to be carried out by education organizations to better enroll themselves in the economic development of the local/regional/national environment. Based on relevant references, are presented the trans-organization knowledge transfer activities and mechanism. In the final part, a possible diagnosis approach for the knowledge management activities is presented and applied (tested and confirmed - preliminary research results). This research was developed in the UNIKM project context (PN II, Partnership project 92074/2008-2011).
