摘要
Grady Booch, an IBM Fellow and one of the UML's original authors, believes that software professionals must help the society that so exquisitely depends on computing to understand the best use of technology. He suggests that a computer personnel, if asked to repair a computer, must repair them with grace and confidence. They must ask people to explain what software is or what hardware is, and then gently help them understand what those terms really mean, and why that's important. For those who make the laws that impact and are impacted by computing, engineers must write to them and help educate them. They must explain them what really happens when they click on a link or post something on Facebook.
