摘要
The crucial points in the design of multi-disciplinary products will be discussed, with emphasis on the use of heterogeneous software tools. To overcome these problems, a three layer integration, i.e. the process-, the model- and the system technical integration, is considered as the practical solution. The integration on the model level will be described more in detail. Further on, such an integrated mechatronic development environment which supports the product development in the area of precision engineering will be presented.
