With the development of information technology, information industry has become an important part of the national economy. Thus, the electronic information professionals have good employment prospects and market, but meanwhile society proposes higher demand for talent standards, that is, electronic information talents should develop in composite and innovative mode. In response to this situation, the university talents training of electronic information also should make corresponding adjustments and changes, to fit for social development. This paper explores and studies the training objectives, training modes, etc. of innovative talents of electronic information.
