摘要
Performance prism is the new method of modern performance management, not only emphasizing the Value-orientation of stakeholders, but measuring the stakeholders' contribution to the organization and is the best way to solve the problem about the stakeholders' satisfaction. In this paper, the performance prism is introduced into the performance management of civil servants, giving full consideration to the stakeholders' contributions and satisfaction with the performance-orientation marketization. Through introducing the performance prism and analyzing the status of the civil servants' performance management, it puts forward to the application of performance prism in civil servants' performance appraisal and the relevant safeguards on the basis of achieving enlightenments so as to improving and promoting the performance management of civil servants.
