摘要：
In this paper an example of an html-based course for specialists about computer access is presented. Functions, applications and aids in the area of computer access for people with special needs are introduced in the course. Further the course provides an insight in the decision process which access system should be chosen. The given examples could be found in the html-based course about Computer Access of the European project TELEMATE (Telematic Multidisciplinary AT Education). The course was done at different sites offered to test the framework and the availability of TELEMATE deliverables.
