摘要
Heading is an important technique in soccer competition; the authors explored the biomechanics characteristics of jumping lateral heading in soccer players from statics and kinematics. The findings indicated that (1) once air resistance is ignored; the human body is solely subject to gravity and the reaction of ball in heading after soaring. At the moment, to keep the body balance, the resultant external force on the body must be zero, so is the resultant external moment and (2) thigh circumference, waistline, weight and neck circumference are the main factors influencing the velocity during side header with both feet taking off from ground.
