Recent progress of the synthetic studies of biologically active marine cyclic peptides and depsipeptides

摘要
A review of synthetic studies of biologically active marine cyclic peptides and depsipeptides is presented. Cyclic peptides from cyanobacteria, sponges, red algae, ascidians, sea hare and bacteria are described. Peptides from cyanobacteria include antillatoxin, somamide A, kahalalide F, apratoxin A, lyngbyabellins A and B, and dendroamide A. Peptides from sponges are microsclerodermin E, phakellistatins, cyclotheonamides E2 and E3, papuamides A and B, and halipeptins A and B. Peptides from red alga are ceratospongamides, whereas that of ascidians are tamandarins A and B, mollamide, and trunkamide A. Those from sea hare are aurilides and those of bacteria are cyclomarins.
