摘要
The PhasorMeasurement Unitis a contemporary measuring device installed in power system Used forcontrol and monitoring. PMU's are most exact and advance time synchronized technology which extends operation of measurements voltages in the buses and also current phase values which are installed to those buses where these PMU's are observed. In this study, The Sine Cosine Algorithm(SCA) is novel method to optimize the placement optimal of the PMU'sin power systemvisibility. The optimal PMU placement(OPP) problem is intended such that minimizing the number of PMUsplacing in power grid. This new method of placement has been tested on 3 standards IEEE-9,14 and 30-Buses.
