摘要：
Many project professionals are to be cultured to improve the efficiency of engineering management. There is a certain distance between the existing project management training mode in China and the need of engineering practice. This article is analyze the actuality of the engineering management subject, combined with the engineering management specialty orientation and practice of the management of project requirements, research on the engineering management talents and professional building, in order to provide reference on cultivating excellent talents in engineering management.
