摘要：
Turbulence-driven secondary currents in a narrow open channel are investigated using the large-eddy simulation (LES) technique in which the surface is allowed to freely deform. A coarse mesh (Delta x(+)=450, Delta y(+)=Delta z(+)=150) and large Reynolds number (Re+=2200) are used in the simulation. The simulated results are shown to compare satisfactory with experimental data but indicate that work should continue using a higher resolution.
