SYNTHESIS OF PYRAZOLE DERIVATIVES AND SCREENING OF THEIR ANTIBACTERIAL AND ANTIFUNGAL ACTIVITIES

摘要：
3-(2,5-Dichloro-3-thienyl)-5-substitutedphenyl-4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazoles (2a-j) and 3-(2,5-dichloro-3-thienyl)-5-substitutedphenyl-4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazole-1-carbothioamides (3a-j) have been synthesized by the reaction of (2E)-1-(2,5-dichloro-3-thienyl)-3-substitutedphenylprop-2-en-1-one 1 with hydrazine hydrate and thiosemicarbazide hydrochloride respectively. These compounds have been screened for their antibacterial and antifungal activities against different microorganisms. The structures of synthesized compounds have been established on the basis of elemental analysis, IR, H-1 NMR, C-13 NMR and mass spectral data.
