摘要：
This paper analyzed two reasons that caused supply chain strategic partners default. Using data mining instrument, it concluded a series of association rules concerning hiding relationships between attributes of default strategic partners. Transportation mode was an important factor that induced suppliers' default, and finance condition was the key factor affecting retailers to repay payments. Some measures could be taken to prevent the occurrence of strategic partners default.
