摘要：
Recently, Transnational Corporations' (TNCs') R&D investment in Zhejiang has accelerated quickly. This article analyzes the status and characteristics of the TNCs' R&D investment in Zhejiang. It is found that TNCs' R&D activities have positive influence as the demonstration effect, the competition effect, and the technology spill-over effect and so on. The article also analyzes the gaps of Zhejiang compared with Shanghai, Jiangsu in attracting foreign R&D investment. Furthermore, it also proposes some countermeasures for Zhejiang to attract TNCs' R&D centers.
