摘要
Current ERP modeling is mainly based on traditional table operation, dynamic programming, GA or other mathematical methods. Such methods are usually abstract; they are difficult to fully reflect important system characteristics such as resource competition, parallel etc. The research and applications of multi resource overall optimization are still far from mature. In order to solve the above problems, a typical manufacturing company plan and production control system can be described using Petri nets. By model simulation and analysis under different drive mechanisms and their combining operation, enterprise resource utilization improvements measures are identified, enterprise benefit can be increased. The research helps manufacturing enterprises to realize transformation and upgrading.
