摘要
As to processes of designing precision product, developing efficient robust design method plays a key role in quality improvement. A robust design approach is proposed through Taguchi-based hybrid method, in which the hybrid technique solve conflicting optimization problem in precision product. As an alternative way of using Taguchi method in design of experiment, it is more effective to employ multiple techniques to develop a robust design method. A precision amplification product design process is used to prove the effectiveness of the hybrid technique. While comparing robust design results, the hybrid technique outperforms Taguchi-data envelopment analysis, Taguchi-grey relation analysis and Taguchi-fuzzy method in terms of robustness of the precision product.
