摘要
Risk in innovation is one of the important factors holding back enterprises development. This paper attempts to identify the major risk constraints to innovation for SMEs in China. Based on a survey of 188 SMEs, ten major risk constraints to innovation has been explored. The findings indicate that these risk constraints have significant impact on innovation success of SMEs. Also, the findings show current policies, such as intellectual property protection and government policies are not conducive to innovation success of SMEs.
