摘要
In today's global competition, the sustainability of growth and development of the enterprise essentially depends on the level of excellence at its competitive advantage. A key element is whether they possess a large number of excellent core staff. The recessive drain is a hot issue in managing core staff's losing. Only objectively analyzing the causes of core staff's recessive drain from many dimensionalities and proposing feasible control measures with the goal of improving the incentive mechanism, the enterprises enhance job stratification and employee loyalty to effectively raise the enterprise's core competitiveness.
