摘要
The machining center can make workpiece complete the most of even all process more efficiency and precision, but its cost is higher, therefore it is very necessary to reform the existing numerical control of milling machine to machining center. Taking XK714 as an example, as far as economy is concerned, drum type tool library is adopted; it has carried out detailed design for automation change tools using FX2N series PLC in the paper. Have drawn function picture and ladder diagram, and have made simulated tests panel, the soft and hardware combine to realize debug program. Finally the control program is applied to reformed XK714 machine, the results shown that the control system solutions is right, accurate and reliable.
