摘要：
Network finance mainly engages in electronic money, electronic billing and other virtual financial services, thus in addition to have credit risk, liquidity risk, interest rate risk, exchange rate risk and market risk existing during the process of traditional financial activities, but also have the particular risk such as security, technology selection, operation, market signals, reputation and so on. Only through the sound legal system, strengthen market access management, improve the regulatory system, adjust the regulatory strategy, build security system and other measures to strengthen supervision of the particular risks in network finance.
