摘要
We report the design and experimental results of a single-electrode controlled four-section coupled-cavity tunable laser. The device is fabricated by standard photolithography without epitaxial regrowth. A nine-channel switching of 100 GHz spacing, which is tuned by current injection on a single electrode, is demonstrated. The side-mode-suppression-ratio of each channel is between 31 and 37 dB and the power variation of all channels is < 1.6 dB. The performances under different temperatures are investigated.
