Numerical Simulation on the Current of Fluid Fields around the Groins in the Channel of Slalom Kayaking

摘要
By using the basic controlling formula of N-S, the torrent model of k-epsilon, and the numerical simulation method of implicit VOF (the value of free surface is 0.6), we make the computation of the heights of the fluid fields and horizontal velocity about the lower 105(0) groin, which is the typical one in all of the channel of slalom kayaking. After the comparison to the physics along Y-axis faces with X direction and X-axis faces with Y direction, it can be drew the conclusion that the numerical can well reflect the variation of the currents and X-velocity. So these results can provide the valuable suggestions to the coaches and athletes, and they can also apply this to the training and competition combining with the real situation according to the. results of theory computation.
