摘要
The influence of electroless plating conditions on the magnetic properties and structure of Co-P films was studied. The coercivity and the morphology of the coatings were found to be dependent on the ratio of glycine to Co(II), the concentration of hypophosphite, the pH and the temperature of the solution. No direct correlation between the coercivity and the prevailing orientation of crystallites in the Co-P films was found. The inclusion of glycine and Co(OH)(2) in the coatings was found to occur under certain conditions as a result of the adsorption on crystallites modifying their growth. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science S.A.
