摘要
Because of environmental concern a great deal of attention has been devoted to closed-loop supply chain management (CLSCM) in academe and practice. While most previous researches on CLSCM only focus on supply chain design, logistics process and product recovery which assume that the system of CLSCM is rational, few have noticed that the behavioral impact on CLSCM. An initial perspective of this research is to shed light on behavioral factors and cognitive factors in CLSCM in circular economy. Some puzzles in CLSC have their answers by behavior study. For example, why the same companies have opposite attitude when they face corporate social responsibility in different countries? We draw the conclusion by analyzing stimulation-response behavior in CLSC. Another framework is developed for identifying the stage of behavioral assumption to analyze CLSCM. It's helpful to divide assumptions into a six-stage model: needs, awareness, motivation, know-how and added value.
