Countermeasures and Suggestions to Promote the Transfer of Rural Female Labor Force

In recent years, with the accelerating pace of industrialization and urbanization, rural surplus labor gradually transferred to the city. Compared with men, due to their generally lower education level, lack of professional skills and market awareness and the influence of many traditional concepts, the comprehensive quality the rural female labor force can hardly meet the market needs and it is more difficult to be transferred to new industries and not competitive with other labor. How to fundamentally promote the transfer of rural female labor force remains a major challenge for local governments. This article, on how to promote the transfer of rural female labor force, proposes some measures of improving the overall quality of the rural female labor force and work skills in the hope of helping and guiding the transfer of rural women labor and serving economic construction better.
