摘要：

With the location theory, this article lays a great emphasis on programming problems such as the choice and allocation of key location factors including logistics hinge, logistics area, logistics center and terminal distribution network in the development of logistic industry. It constructs a model or mechanism of related factors programming, and explores the logistics industry's status and function in the process of urban-rural integration. In addition, it also comes to a conclusion that these factors are both cores and joint points in the integration of urban-rural resources, with a direct influence on the strength, speed and density of urban-rural integration.
