摘要：

The goal of Urban-rural integration is to change The dual structure in urban and rural economy, and ultimately integrate the urban and rural industrial development, policy and national treatment. Defects in the current rural financial system have become a major obstacle to Urban-rural integration. This paper argues three aspects of rural financial system innovation, financial problems of township enterprises, rural infrastructure financing and rural social security.
