摘要
Data communication plays an important role in the Next Generation Air Transportation System (NextGen). The NextGen advanced air traffic management services have demanding data network performance requirements. In this paper, we propose a performance-based network concept that uses parallel links to enhance the network performance and has the potential to better meet the technical communication performance requirements of NextGen Air Traffic Services.
